Euromed Management is recognised today as one of the top schools of management in France and abroad. It is the result of a strong strategy of change that resulted in new governance, new teams, an innovative pedagogy and the solid commitment of economic and institutional partners. The School bases all its pedagogy on the individual and the personal and professional fulfilment of each person. This will allow us to respond better to the current and future needs of multinational companies. Euromed Management develops the competences and the profiles which will be well suited to managing in a complex environment. This process naturally includes having an international approach. Euromed Management: an original and recognised positioning Euromed Management positions itself as a European School of Management dedicated to the service of companies. Through innovative research and pedagogy, Euromed Management has developed a Euro-Mediterranean approach to management and entrepreneurship. Euromed Management aims to complement the ‘Anglo-Saxon' model of management and to enrich it with the concept of Diversity, which can be likened to the idea of a mosaic - in order to make sense of the whole and to create a harmonious group, organisations should consider, search for and respect the differences between individuals rather than focusing only on the common points. The objective of our pedagogy is not to reduce differences to a single standard, but to make managerial behaviour more efficient by taking into account different sociological and political contexts.Euromed Management signed partnerships with 62 companies, and 118 agreements of exchanges with foreign Universities. This original position was explicitly noticed by the UNO which included Euromed Management in its "Global Compact" programme in 2005, distinguishing it as amongst the business schools which share the values and the ethics of the UNO. Euromed Management counts 4395 students in 2008/09, among whom a third of foreign students and a network of more than 13 600 graduates. Our positioning aims to allow future managers to see the world through different eyes and to search for new directions, new challenges, new horizons...
