Why EADA?

More than 120,000 participants from over 50 different countries have entrusted their training to us, a fact that highlights EADA as one of the most innovative and prestigious business schools in Spain.

In 2007, EADA was ranked among the top 100 business schools (position 87) in the world by The Economist and the MBA Programme was named among the top 100 by the Financial Times.

Moreover, EADA has been awarded the internationally prestigious accreditations of EQUIS and AMBA. EADA students become part of a community with 50 years of history committed to lifelong learning and the continued professional development of graduates.

EADA’s methodology

EADA has developed its own practical, active and participative approach with an emphasis on learning by doing.

This approach offers a unique study environment with classes of close to 30 participants in which students will collaborate with classmates and faculty from all over the world, specially selected to contribute to a challenging and rewarding learning environment.

EADA is convinced that training is not a mere transfer of knowledge but a process during which people acquire and also develop their emotional intelligence, their attitudes with regard to solving conflicts, their leadership skills and their expertise in managing human teams.

For this reason, EADA is one of the few business schools in Europe with a Residential Training Centre.

In the Centre, participants take part in EADA’s unique Personal Development Programme (PDP) focused on outdoor training, business simulations and individual follow-up, all carefully monitored by our experts in professional development.

Exchange opportunities

Once participants have successfully completed the MBA or Masters Programmes, they have the opportunity to go on one of the exchange programmes which EADA has established with world renown training institutions abroad.

Exchange programmes last approximately three months and they enable participants to extend their “EADA experience” through their immersion in the culture of another country.

Destination countries include France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Sweden, Japan, Peru, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand, Mexico, Argentina, the UK and the USA.
