Hanken School of Economics, the only stand alone Business School in Finland, offers you the possibility to master the skills required in the multinational corporate world today. We offer you several internationally accredited Master's Degree Programmes in English. These include programmes specialised in Hanken’s areas of strength Finance and Statistics, Management and Organisation, Intellectual Property Law and Service and Relationship Marketing.

Below you can find a brief description of each programme.

Advanced Financial Information Systems: The programme is intended to give intensive training in developing, managing, and auditing the next-generation financial information systems. The programme is designed for people with a background in accounting, finance, and business economics, who would like to complement this background with in-depth knowledge about the technology and strategic use of financial information systems.

Computational Finance: The programme is aimed at students who wish to take their knowledge in quantitative finance to another level. The programme responds to the new challenges and opportunities that have opened up in computational finance for portfolio management, hedging, international trading and financial decision- making.

Corporate Governance: The aim of the programme is to train students in how to improve existing organisations. The programme teaches you to channel the aspirations of experts for the benefit of the entire organisation.

Intellectual Property Law: The programme is intended for students who want to excel in the area of property law; patents, trademarks and copyrights. The programme allows for students to build a meaningful study programme with regards to their future career goals.

International Management: The programme prepares students for careers in international organisations, business organisations in particular. The focus of the programme is on business organisations with activities in the Nordic/Baltic region and in large emerging markets such as China, India and Russia.

Marketing: The programme provides students with the tools to meet the challenges of an increasingly complex marketplace. The focus is on service marketing, customer relationship management, international marketing and e-business.

Real Estate Investment and Finance: The programme is aimed at students who are looking for a career in real estate investment. It gives students the required knowledge to work both in the field of property markets and financial intermediation.

Strategic Entrepreneurship and Marekting: This Master's programme develops the student's theoretical and practical understanding of innovative change processes, including the identification, development, commercialisation, growth, and expansion of business opportunities - competences needed for those who want to become business leaders.

Economics: The programme is intended for students with a bachelor's degree in Economics, or equivalent, who wish to continue their studies within a demanding high quality programme designed to match the demand for professional economists in business and government.
