Barcelona, EADA

International Master in Management

The EADA Master Community encompasses programmes designed for recent university graduates who are interested in differentiating themselves in this highly competitive labour market. EADA’s Master programmes are not another year of university studies but an intensive training for the corporate world. Our objective is to prepare you to make steady strides towards success in the company. All Master programmes include management foundation classes on various aspects of international business, followed by courses in management, human resources, finance, and Marketing. For the six final months of the programme, students will work in groups to complete final projects on a topic of their choice. Past projects have developed Marketing plans, evaluated shipment forecasting, and investigated the leadership style in various companies. Students in the Master programme take part in the International Weeks, during which professors from all over the world teach two week seminars on topics related to business management. Seminars change annually, but examples from the 2007-2008 year include Marketing for the 21st Century, Global Communications, and Management Consulting Skills. In the Master in Management, in addition to having the opportunity to participate in one of EADA’s post-graduation exchange programmes, students can choose to study abroad in EADA’s partner schools in France, Poland, and the UK during the programme. Students in this Master will also attend a week-long International School designed to give participants the opportunity to share their learning and experiences in a uniquely international environment. Examples of companies where EADA Master alumni work include: Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers, Mango, BP, Shell, Continental, InBev, and GSBC.
