Brest is an ocean port, land of seafarers and trade. Brest has been the starting point of many an outbound voyage throughout the ages.  This spirit also conveys our will to train engineers who are both open to their surroundings and the people who work there and keen on science and innovation. It symbolizes the school’s multidisciplinary calling and its determination to give scientific, technical and human training to civilian and military engineers who will be capable of designing and integrating complex industrial systems where mechanics, electronics and information technologies predominate.
