The MASTER OF SCIENCE IN MANAGEMENT is a two-year programme consisting of six specialised courses in: MARKETING FINANCE AUDIT-CONTROL HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT For students who do not wish to specialise in any specific field, they may still take the Master of Science in: GENERAL MANAGEMENT 2 semesters of courses are followed in Lille while the internship and the paper may be carried-out overseas. In order to specialise in any given field, students must associate between 60 to 100% of their electives with a specialised subject. In addition, students need to follow a research seminar and a strategy course related to this specialisation. These programmes are open to students that complete a Bachelor degree in Business Administration. The IÉSEG Bachelor degree enables students to directly enter its Master of Science. At IÉSEG, all the Masters of Science in Management are taught in English and organised in four semesters. Two semesters are dedicated to theoretical management learning, but students are also required to follow a one-semester executive internship in France or abroad. Finally, all participants are required to write a Master’s dissertation or a consulting project in France or abroad (1 semester) to validate their diploma with hands-on experience. At the end of a Master of Science in Management programme, all IESEG graduates: - have become operational managers,
- understand business from a strategic perspective,
- contribute to a change-management process,
- are aware of ethical issues in business.
Moreover, the professional and personal development of each participant is monitored and mentored during both programme years by means of personality tests, technical reports, interviews with consultants…
