International Traineeprogram BEYOND BORDERS

Your perfect career start with our 18month BEYOND BORDERS program offers:

• Flexibility: based on your past experience and professional interest three to four modules in different departments provide you with a high degree of flexibility
• Internationality: extend your international working experience by spending five to six months abroad
• Coaching/Mentoring: develop your skills and personality through training sessions, self-managed projects and continuous feedback

We are looking for highly qualified students with:

• Working experience through appropriate internships
• International experience gained within your studies or internships abroad
• Fluency in English, basic knowledge of German is recommendable
• Social and intercultural skills enabling you to successfully work in a multi cultural environment
• Personal and professional mobility
