Executive Master in Strategic Human Resource Management
An international 10-months Executive Program that places an in-depth emphasis on the business context of HR management
and leadership, focusing on the organizational and strategic issues influencing HR decisions.
Contents
The Program begins on 15th February 2012 and ends on November 2012 with the graduation ceremony.
The Master includes a total of 36 days of face-to-face teaching, including 6 Saturdays , designed around 8 modules of 3-6 days.
In order to measure their knowledge and learning outcomes against companies’ everyday practice and issues, participants are
also called to engage in 4 individual project assignments, for approximately 40 days of work in distance learning.
The modular approach, coupled with in-depth individual and team-based work, will allow individuals for a full immersion in class
discussion while maintaining continuous contact with their organizations.

The course also relies on a Web Platform which allows participants to download course materials, as well as to participate in

FEE
The fee is € 33.000 to be paid in four instalments:
1st Instalment € 9,500 on Registration
2nd Instalment € 8,500 by 31st March 2012
3rd Instalment € 7,500 by 30th June 2012
4th Instalment € 7,500 by 30th September 2012
The tuition fee includes teaching and tutoring, business lunches and breaks, all materials, access to Bocconi University Library
and the use of all School’s support facilities. Travel expenses and accommodation in Milan are not included. Participants could
benefit from SDA Bocconi privileged agreements with Hotels for accommodation.
Financing
The School assists candidates with their funds search by placing at their disposal the documentation required for financial
support applications.
In particular, Bocconi grants opportunities for low-interest loans available to admitted students, thanks to agreements with
some partner banks.
