Product Supply is responsible for the manufacturing and supply chain of all products sold by Novo Nordisk. We are more than 9,500 employees located in Denmark, USA, China, Brazil and France, and it is up to us to make sure that our high-quality products are available when our customers need them. In Product Supply’s HR function you find our team of 5 highly motivated and ambitious Recruitment Partners. Our challenge is to support Product Supply’s Managers with recruitment and constantly improve, develop and strengthen our recruitment process. We are located in Søborg and Kalundborg and support our customers all over Denmark. Now we are looking for two new Recruitment Partners for our team in Søborg.

Driving the recruitment process from A-Z
As your main challenge you provide recruitment support to the hiring managers in one of the business areas Diabetes Finished Product (DFP), Devices & Supply Chain Manufacturing (D&S) or Global Investments & Finance (GIF). You support the hiring manager in the whole recruitment process from A-Z, e.g. defining the recruitment strategy, choosing the right sourcing channels and driving the sourcing process, creating the job ad and conducting assessment interviews together with the hiring manager using test tools from Saville Consulting (Wave and Swift). Furthermore, you help qualify hiring decisions by challenging the hiring manager on the job and candidate profile based on your strong understanding of the business, challenges and overall direction and strategy.

Besides your primary job as Recruitment Partner, you also sometimes participate in recruitment and other HR related projects across Product Supply and Novo Nordisk.

These are positions in an international, dynamic environment with good opportunities for personal and professional development. Driving to different sites on Zealand on a daily basis must be expected.

Experienced recruitment consultant with an international mind-set
You probably hold an academic degree within HR, business or psychology and have at least a few years of experience within recruitment and candidate sourcing. However, your educational background is not what is most important. The essentials are that you know your recruitment process from A-Z and are highly motivated for being in a recruitment consultant role. You are ambitious, flexible and able to work very independently, and you thrive in an ever-changing environment. Your proactive, structured approach and sense of simplicity will be highly appreciated when it comes to executing tasks and projects. You have good collaboration skills and are able to challenge and communicate on all management levels in the organisation. Since we are a global company, you need to be proficient in English.
