PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

 

Reporting into the Client Administration Department Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for the review and analysis of account opening documentation, as well as the monitoring of the team’s productivity.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Day to day tasks
• Perform the analysis, codification and control of the complex Account Opening documentation cases and meet deadlines
• Perform the account modification instruction control within deadlines
• Identify missing documentation and inform the Front Office accordingly
• Allot the correct operational status to the client with regard to the state of the documentation provided
• Maintain a constructive atmosphere with the Front Office and other internal clients
• Identify issues and suggest solutions
• Systematically keep informed of regulations, law, internal regulations changes etc. that are concerned with the activity of the team, FATCA and other TAX rules/guidelines
• Be polyvalent and be able to replace colleagues of the team

Qualifications

 

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & KEY COMPETENCIES

 

Studies
• Education to degree level: BA, HES or equivalent, law degree etc.

 

Systems and applications
• High PC-literate, excellent knowledge of all Windows and MS-Office versions, as well as Internet applications.

 

Languages
• Language: French, English fluent, Spanish a plus.
