Setting direction in a highly complex organisation
Being Director in Process Support you and your four Associate Managers are responsible for 60 employees supporting 17 production lines in Finished Products, in Hillerød and Kalundborg. This includes technical rebuilding, GMP documentation and larger projects to deliver high performance and compliance with GMP and ISO 9001. Efficiency and quality in our production processes are important and we focus on stability through proven standards and data based problem solving.
You have a significant role in a leadership team setting direction and driving performance for an area with 325 employees. Beside this you lead cross organizational discussions with other Product Supply areas and Research & Development to implement new products and processes. We are highly motivated in helping each other reaching common goals and you help create a collaborative work environment. You thereby work both operationally and strategically in reaching our ambitions for Novo Nordisk.
Creating results through others
You hold a master degree and have 10 years of leadership experience from pharmaceutical production or as a supplier of components or packaging material. You have a deep knowledge of GMP and experience from engineering related project management. Based on your experience in handling high complexity you are able to prioritize and delivery results without compromising the overall focus and priorities across the organization. You have experience in ensuring high quality through implementing and continuously improving standards, which means that your department deliver high quality support.
Through your leadership development you have had success in creating results through both leaders and specialists. You drive performance within your area and strive for continuously developing your organization in order to getting to the next level of performance. You master stakeholder management, collaboration and are excellent in communicating your expectations. Thereby you have success in creating engagement by inviting others, both your Associate Managers, manager colleagues and other cross organizational departments, to follow you.
