As an individually tailored careers programme for graduates, our Fashion Management Programme offers you the ideal entry point. In the medium-term, it aims to equip you for your target position as a store manager in one of our local subsidiaries or as a central buyer at the CEE headquarters in Vienna/Austria.
Your entry point: Three-stage theoretical and practical training programme:
Stage 1: Working in the key department of sales (3 months)
Stage 2: Training at the central buying department in Vienna (3 months)
Stage 3: Preparation for your first management position as a department manager (2 months)
Regular feedback provides you with the opportunity to work continuously on your performance.
The programme will be accompanied by demanding seminar modules in Düsseldorf/Germany.
