Entrypark iPod touch Prize Draw Rules |
- The competition is only open to persons:
a. Aged 18 or over;
b. who have registered a free account on Entrypark;
c. who have provided a valid email address for notification purposes
d. who have recommended Entrypark to at least one person using the form provided by Entrypark and
e. this person has registered a free account on Entrypark by clicking on the recommendation link
Therefore no purchase is necessary. - The Competition is not open to employees or staff of Entrypark, or their agents, families or partners.
- All entrants must accept these rules. In the event of any dispute about the rules, the dispute will be passed to the Chief Executive Officer of Entrypark, and his decision will be final.
- No more than one entry per person, even if successfully recommending Entrypark to more than one person
- The prize is one (1) Apple iPod touch 8GB. There will be one winner. There is no cash alternative.
- Winning entries will be selected at random from those whose recommended friends have signed up by 24:00h on February 29, 2008. The draw for the winners will take place within two weeks of the closing date.
- No late, delayed or lost entries will be considered. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
- The winners will be notified by email to the email address he or she supplied with his or her registration. If the winners does not claim his or her prize within one month of notification, the winner forfeits his or her prize and another random winner will be selected in his or her place.
- The prize will be sent by post and no responsibility is accepted for lost or damaged prizes.
- The names and location of winners will be presented on Entrypark.
- The promoter of the draw is Entrypark AB, Nygränd 10, 111 30 Stockholm, Sweden
